The chickens are first wrapped in food grade Kraft paper and baked together Australia sea salt to give that extra fragrance of sea salt. However, they are not salty but tender, succulent and burst with scent of herbs and spices. The Salted Chicken is further wrapped with aluminium foil to keep the heat and aroma intact
