Hainan Satay

Authentic Hainanese style satay comes with well marinated meats with options of Pork, Chicken, Mutton and Beef.

Professionally grilled till the Satay meat is infused with the smokiness over the charcoal which produced a char aromatic. Meats are grilled to most tender and juicy. Especially the pork satay, which comes with lard in between each piece of pork, the fats just melt in your mouth with every bite.

Hainanese satay is characterised by the delicious peanut sauce topped with the specially prepared Pineapple pure! Our peanut in our gravy is coarser and our pineapple pulp is finer which is served hot and brings out the sweet sourish pineapple that blends perfectly with our satay.
